75% cocoa


This bar was the first product in this export range to be launched at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris in 2008. 

It is made from the finest cocoa the El Ceibo co-operative produces, fermented and dried following a strict protocol in their collection point at Sapecho, a small village in the Alto Beni.
It is a dark chocolate with intense fruity notes, and a slight acidity in the mouth, evocative of prunes in the finish.

75% Dark Chocolate

Ingredients : organic cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter and soy lecithin. 

Contains soy lecithin. May contain traces of nuts, milk, gluten, peanuts and dry fruits.

Store in a cool dry place, 12- 18°C , 50-65°F.
