Dark Chocolate with Nibs and Uyuni Salt

77% cocoa


This chocolate is made from the base of the El Ceibo's Fine Dark Chocolate 75%, to which they add cocoa nibs and salt flakes from the Uyuni salt desert. The salt desert is huge and completely flat on the High Andean Plateau at an altitude of 4100m. It is so big and so white that it is visible from the moon! 

Carefully roasted cocoa nibs enrich this chocolate bar with their flavours and crunchy texture. When one bites into these nibs they release roasted notes and the aroma of dried fruit which dance with the fruitiness of the chocolate. The pinch of salt brings a feeling of freshness to give birth to a refreshing and intense gourmet bar.

Ingredients : organic cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa nibs, cocoa butter, salt and soy lecithin. 

Contains soy lecithin. May contain traces of nuts, milk, gluten, peanuts and dry fruits

Store in a cool dry place between 12- 18°C , 50-65°F.
